About the International Evangelical Tourist Church in Gran Canaria

The International Evangelical Tourist Church is a stand-alone mission whose main goal is to spread the gospel to all nations. The mission is registered in Sweden and Norway. The team is working in the Canary Islands for 6-7 months each year, and also in the rest of Europe to some extent.

The employees of the team are responsible for the evangelical activities, while the board makes decisions on economic and legal issues.

Financially we are able to do our work through voluntary gifts, donations, and wills.

Both the activities and economics are presented at the annual meeting.

What we believe in!

We believe the Bible is the word of God.

The Bible is the foundation of our faith, and based on that, we affirm the Christian faith as the Apostles’ Creed.

We believe that man is created in God’s image, but because of man’s sin, he has no relationship with God.

We believe that man needs to repent from sin.

We believe that man’s salvation is based on Jesus Christ’s Atonement, and that man can recieve salvation through the Grace of God. God saves, and man is born again by the Holy Spirit.

We believe in our Savior’s Great Commission, that we are called, along with other believers around the world, to go out and make disciples of all nations.

We believe that as disciples of Jesus Christ, we should live out God’s love and with the Holy Spirit, the helper, convey this love through our lives.
