For a long time Puerto de Mogan was an unexploited genuine Canarian fishing village. When they started to build hotels at the seaside, they managed to preserve the picturesque appearance.
The marina, with its canals, has become a harbour for sailors heading to the Caribbean, but the old fishing boats still have their berths here.
